This modern floor clock features an oval-shaped metal frame finished in aged silver that sits on a satin espresso finished wooden base. The dial features aged charcoal finished, wrought iron Roman numeral 12 and bar style hour markers that are suspended in front of a machined steel background. Aged charcoal finished an hour and minute hands. A simple ring pendulum is finished in aged charcoal. Time only quartz, battery-operated movement. In the 1960s, the company turned its attention to grandfather clocks, eventually earning the company the title of "World's Largest Grandfather Clock Manufacturer." In 1989, Howard Miller began creating collectors cabinets with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship inherent in their clockmaking. Fashioned from glass and hardwoods, the cabinets are ideal for displaying heirlooms, plates, glassware and other collectibles.
